We accept several pay types for your purchases and we offer a free shipping service for all orders over $100. In addition, if you are in the United States Armed Forces, all APO/FPO shipping addresses qualify for free USPS Priority Mail shipping. Our Return/Exchange Policy:NOTE: Please allow up to 60 days for us to process your return requests and 15 days for exchanges. Should you need your exchange requested expedited, please call customer service or email help@beachbliss.com.

All Returns & Exchanges must be received within 30 days of delivery date and must meet
the following criteria:
1. All tags should be attached to garments, in original packaging, unworn (except for trying on), undamaged, and are in sale condition.
2. We charge $4.95 to $9.95 for shipping/handling of your EXCHANGE request depending on the item weight.
3. For REFUNDS, there is a $1.95 charge for handling.
4. Please include the completed form for us to process the request.
5. Please mail the completed Return/Exchange form along with the items for return to the address on the form.
6. Thong, tonga, g-string, underwear bottoms, and Leather Bikini Products cannot be returned/exchanged due to health stipulations.
7. If your item is defective we replace it and ship it to you at no cost to you (we include a postage paid return package for the defective item).
If we receive non qualifying returns/exchanges, we may charge you up to $9.95 for shipping to send the items back to you. Please be sure to understand the above criteria prior to sending your package to us or call/email us if you have any questions to be sure there will be no problems with your return/exchange item .
Returns and Exchanges: Beachbliss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Items can be returned or exchanged except for thong, tonga and g-string bottoms, underwear, and certain products as noted on their individual product pages. We charge a shipping fee for exchanges, and a $1.95 handling fee for returns. To keep our competitive prices, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged for returns/exchanges on orders over $300 in returned merchandise amount. If an item is worn, soiled, damaged, or laundered, we can not take it back. Also, Leather Bikini products are non refundable, exchange only. Please see the disclosure on the Leather bikini product page for more details.
